I have lived in Abingdon in Oxfordshire for 17 years now. It is an old market town with ruins of a medieval abbey, and of course the Thames. I have found masses of subject matter and, as you will see, have quite often done more than one interpretation of the same subject.
The subject matter seems to stay the same even when my style moves on. It interests me to go back to the same subject some years later and see what I can do with it through "updated" eyes.
Here is a selection of my paintings in Abingdon, Oxford and the local rural environment, including some from the Corona Series which some of you may have seen before!
One click on an image will bring up single paintings with details and you will be able to see all paintings resized with full details.
