Last year I experimented with using collage and other media for interest and texture and this has continued through 2024 and into 2025.  I have become more comfortable with it,  finding it both fun and yet challenging and interesting to pull the painting together into a coherent whole!  It has certainly given my work a more abstracted feel, and I am still playing with it to see what works best.
